How Many Homes Does Donald Trump Have
The precise number of homes that Donald Trump owns is difficult to pinpoint.
But, according to a 2020 Business Insider article, the US President’s real estate portfolio boasts at least eight homes.
The Associated Press reports that he has “plenty of assets he could cash in, starting with a portfolio that includes office and condo towers, golf courses and branding deals that have been valued at $2.5billion .”
His many properties have been attracting headlines during the US presidential election, as there were claims that he was facing a devastating debt load.
Trump reportedly must pay back more than $300million in loans over the next four years.
But experts have rejected that claim, saying the notion of Trump going broke any time soon is far-fetched.
Even with a total debt load across his entire business empire estimated at more than $1billion, they note he still has plenty of assets he could cash in if needed.
Based on Forbes magazine estimates of the value of his buildings, for example, selling his partial interests in just two properties – an office complex in San Francisco and a Las Vegas tower that houses a hotel and condos – could bring in $500million alone.
And even if he doesnt sell, that kind of valuation backing up the loans could make them easier for him to refinance.
Trump is adamant: I have very little debt compared to the value of assets.”
Which States Will Decide This Election
As Mrs Clinton discovered in 2016, the number of votes you win is less important than where you win them.
Most states nearly always vote the same way, meaning that in reality there are just a handful of states where both candidates stand a chance of winning. These are the places where the election will be won and lost and are known as battleground states.
In the electoral college system the US uses to elect its president, each state is given a number of votes based on how many members it sends to Congress – House and Senate. A total of 538 electoral college votes are up for grabs, so a candidate needs to hit 270 to win.
As the map above shows, some battleground states have a lot more electoral college votes on offer than others so candidates often spend a lot more time campaigning in them.

Republicans wished upon a star for a candidate who wasn’t a “Washington insider,” a guy who would really “tell it like it is,” and look what the cat dragged in, ate, and subsequently coughed up: Donald J. Trump, a businessman who wants to ban seemingly any and all immigrants who aren’t Eastern European supermodels interested in marrying him. Trump’s presidential campaign seemed like a joke when it began, but now it’s all too serious. How many delegates does Trump have so far? He currently has more delegates than all the other Republican hopefuls combined. Going into Super Tuesday, Trump has secured 82 delegates, leaving Texas Sen. Ted Cruz with 17, Florida Sen. Marco Rubio with 16, Ohio Gov. John Kasich with 6, and retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson with 4.
Quick question, what the hell are Kasich and Carson thinking? Do they really hate their party that much? They’ve already wasted 10 delegates that could conceivably go to a candidate who could eventually overtake Trump, a former reality show host who was fired by NBC for implying that all Mexicans are criminals. Honestly, before looking it up, I’d assumed that Carson must have dropped out by now, because I forgot that being a former neurosurgeon doesn’t guarantee that someone is actually smart. And Kasich who is that guy? I literally forget that he exists every single time his name comes up.

Republican Voters On Their Preferred Candidate For President

The greatest threat to usurp Mr. Trump within the party is Gov. Ron DeSantis of Florida, who was the second choice with 25 percent and the only other contender with double-digit support. Among primary voters, Mr. DeSantis was the top choice of younger Republicans, those with a college degree and those who said they voted for President Biden in 2020.
While about one-fourth of Republicans said they didnt know enough to have an opinion about Mr. DeSantis, he was well-liked by those who did. Among those who voted for Mr. Trump in 2020, 44 percent said they had a very favorable opinion of Mr. DeSantis similar to the 46 percent who said the same about Mr. Trump.
Should Mr. DeSantis and Mr. Trump face off in a primary, the poll suggested that support from Fox News could prove crucial: Mr. Trump held a 62 percent to 26 percent advantage over Mr. DeSantis among Fox News viewers, while the gap between the two Floridians was 16 points closer among Republicans who mainly receive their news from another source.
Mr. Trumps troubles inside his party leave him hamstrung in a matchup against an unusually vulnerable incumbent.

Election Day 2016 is finally here, and the race is too close to call. The biggest thing many Americans are wondering now is how many electoral votes Donald Trump has.
Of course, we don’t have specific totals yet. But we do know how Trump could win enough electoral votes to get him to the Oval Office.
First, here’s why electoral votes are so important.
The Electoral College is comprised of 538 electors who cast votes to decide the president and vice president of the United States. The number 538 is the sum of the nation’s 435 Representatives, 100 Senators, and three electors allotted to the District of Columbia.
When voters go to the polls today , they will be choosing which candidate receives their state’s electors. The candidate who receives a majority of electoral votes wins the presidency.
Trump is expected to win 21 states essentially by default. These 21 states have traditionally always voted for the Republican candidate. In total, they add up to 163 Electoral College votes. The 21 states are:

Donald Trump claimed the FBI seized his three passports during the raid of his Mar-a-Lago home in Palm Beach, Florida.
The former President revealed the news on his social media platform, Truth Social, where he detailed a so-called “assault on a political opponent.”
He penned: “Wow! In the raid by the FBI of Mar-a-Lago, they stole my three passports , along with everything else,”

A Closer Look At State Judges Votes Favoring Trumps Claims
Intermediate appellate courts
All six votes that state intermediate appellate court judges cast for Trump came from Republican-affiliated judges, five of them on Pennsylvanias Commonwealth Court, one of that states two intermediate appellate courts. Most were dissenting votes, but in one dispositive rulingTrump v. Boockvar, Nov. 12, 2020the then-president of that court, sitting alone, set aside a small number of votes based on flawed guidance regarding a deadline for verifying voter identification. This is apparently the one frequently cited Trump litigation victory.
State supreme courts
Twenty-one of the 27 Trump-favorable votes came from dissents on the seven-member supreme courts of Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania10 cases in all. Trump lost all 10. All but one were split decisionsfive of the 10 were four-to-threelargely but not exclusively along party-affiliation lines. Democratic-identified justices cast 35 of the 49 votes against Trump, Republican-identified justices cast 20 of the 21 pro-Trump votes.

The 2020 United States presidential election was the 59th quadrennial presidential election, held on Tuesday, November 3, 2020. The Democratic ticket of former vice presidentJoe Biden and the junior U.S. senator from California Kamala Harris defeated the incumbent RepublicanpresidentDonald Trump and incumbent vice president Mike Pence. The election took place against the backdrop of the global COVID-19 pandemic and related recession. It was the first election since 1992 and the first in the 21st century, in which the incumbent president failed to win a second term. Next, there are two states that typically vote Republican, but where Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton appears to be running close in polls. The consensus is that Trump will win these two states, but it will be close:

How Many Americans Actually Support Trump
Midterms are a base election, but how big is Trumps base? We all know he brags about being the most popular president in the Republican Party . In the most recent CNN poll conducted by SSRS, the Presidents approval rating was 36%, which is not a record low, but not very good either.
But there are a number of ways to look at the available polling and election data to determine who exactly supports Trump and what portion of the population they represent.
In that CNN poll, he was under water with most of the population, but among Republicans his approval was at 82%, where it has been fluctuating since the beginning of his term. But the number of Americans who identify with a party has been on the decline. And while Republicans currently control every lever of power in Washington, they represent a smaller portion of the population than either Democrats or independents, although many independents may lean toward the GOP.
Pew Research tracks party identification with the most recent numbers showing a quarter who say theyre Republicans, 31% Democrats, and 38% independents. There hasnt been a lot of fluctuation in recent years, except a small bump in 2016 .
If you take CNNs approval rating number and party identification and break it up into segments of the total population, only 20% of the US population over the age of 18 are Republicans who approve of Trump.
Another 7,830,896 voted for third parties. That means 108,137,763, or about 44.2% of the population, didnt vote.
Would Trumps Support Change If He Were Charged With A Crime
The former president faces a handful of investigations, including from the Department of Justice and the U.S. House select committee on the origins of the Jan. 6 attack, a grand jury looking into potential election interference in Georgia and, most recently, an FBI probe into classified materials removed from the White House and kept at Trumps Florida estate. Some had been recovered or returned earlier this year. But when the FBI executed a search warrant at Mar-a-Lago last month, agents still found more than 100 classified documents and 43 empty folders with classified markings, among thousands of other official records, according to a Department of Justice list of items.
Support for Trumps candidacy in 2024 would not change much if any of these investigations result in Trump being charged with a crime, according to this poll. Sixty-five percent of Americans would oppose another run for the White House. More than six in 10 Republicans would still want to see him launch a campaign. Meanwhile, 73 percent of independents say he should not run again if he is charged.

This poll is just a snapshot of the current political environment. With two months until the midterm elections and another two years until the 2024 presidential election, a lot can still change with the Republican primary field and the investigations.

Demographic Profiles Of Trump And Biden Voters
As was the case in the 2016 and 2018 elections, the Democratic voting coalition in 2020 looked quite different from the Republican coalition in several respects. Overall, Biden voters were younger, more racially and ethnically diverse, and less likely to live in rural areas than Trump voters.
In 2020, 85% of voters who cast a ballot for Trump were White non-Hispanic this compares with just 61% of Biden voters. These differences are roughly consistent with the share of White voters in each partys coalition in 2016.
Nearly two-in-ten voters who cast a ballot for Biden in the 2020 election were Black, identical to the share of Clinton voters in 2016 who were Black. That is significantly higher than the share of Trump voters who were Black .
The community profiles of Trump and Biden voters are similar in some fundamental ways to the previous two elections but more voters who cast ballots for Biden in 2020 say they live in a suburban area compared with Clintons 2016 voters.
Overall, urban voters continue to constitute a larger share of the Democratic coalition compared with the Republican coalition. And rural voters remain a significantly larger portion of the Republican electorate.
However, when comparing Clintons voters with Bidens, there are some significant shifts. In 2016, about half of Clintons voters described their communities as suburban , while 32% said they were from an urban area and 19% were from a rural area.
Gsa Delays Certifying Biden As President
Although all major media outlets called the election for Biden on November 7, the head of the General Services Administration , Trump appointee Emily W. Murphy, refused for over two weeks to certify Biden as the president-elect. Without formal GSA certification or “ascertainment” of the winner of the election, the official transition process was delayed. On November 23, Murphy acknowledged Biden as the winner and said the Trump administration would begin the formal transition process. Trump said he had instructed his administration to “do what needs to be done” but did not concede, and indicated he intended to continue his fight to overturn the election results.

Ample Evidence Fraud Did Not Affect Election Outcome
In the immediate aftermath of Biden’s win, election officials insisted the results were legitimate.
“The November 3rd election was the most secure in American history,” the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and its partners said in a November 2020 statement. “There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes or was in any way compromised.”
Trump’s own attorney general, William Barr, said in early December 2020 that the Justice Department had “not seen fraud on a scale that could have affected a different outcome in the election.” Biden won the presidencywith 306 electoral votes, which Congress certified in January 2021 after the Capitol riot.
At the time, some Republican lawmakers also pushed back on claims of widespread fraud.
“Nothing before us proves illegality anywhere near the massive scale, the massive scale that would have tipped the entire election nor can public doubt alone justify a radical break when the doubt itself was incited without any evidence,” Sen. Mitch McConnell, the Senate’s top Republican said in his address to the chamber before it was evacuated during the Jan. 6 insurrection.
Since then, a mountain of evidence including lawsuits, recounts, forensic audits and even partisan reviews has affirmed those results.

In 2008, Barack Obama earned 69,498,516 votes in the presidential election, the most ever. Now, Mr. Obama’s former vice president, Joe Biden, has far surpassed that tally, setting a new record with more than 81,284,000 votes in the 2020 election.
With voter turnout in record territory, President Donald Trump also exceeded Mr. Obama’s record, with over 74,221,000 votes .
On Saturday morning, November 7, CBS News projected Mr. Biden will be the 46th president after winning the battleground state of Pennsylvania. He secured a total of 306 electoral votes, to Mr. Trump’s 232.
Mr. Biden leads in the popular vote nationwide by more than 7 million votes. Winning the popular vote, however, does not secure the election in 2016, Hillary Clinton won the popular vote by nearly 3 million votes but still lost the election to Mr. Trump.
Mr. Trump won several large battleground states, including Ohio, Florida and Texas, which Democrats had hoped could flip blue this year. But Mr. Biden prevailed in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan, three key states Mr. Trump turned red in 2016.
