Donald Trump has described photographs revealing a pale ring around the edge of his distinctly orange face as more fake news, after a particularly unflattering image went viral over the weekend.

Mr Trumps eccentric range of facial colourations has been the subject of repeated enquiry by journalists and critics seeking to question his health and state of mind, with White House insiders in the past claiming the president uses tanning beds and also applies his own make-up.

Whatever his particular personal regime is, the facts are these: on Friday, several photographers took pictures of Mr Trump as he crossed the White House South Lawn after he disembarked from the Marine One helicopter following a trip to North Carolina.

Several similar photographs of the president were put out by wire service photographers for AP, PA and AFP among others.

All of them showed Mr Trump striding through the wind, with his yellow hair blown back and a definite line between the orange tones around his eyes, nose and mouth, and pale skin beginning just before his ears and scalp.

However, one image in particular appeared to show this contrast more sharply.

The image in question was taken by the photographer William Moon, and published on the account .

Bloomberg reports that Noel Cintron, the presidents personal driver for more than 25 years, has filed a lawsuit against the Trump Organization accusing his former boss of failing to compensate him for about 3,300 hours of overtime pay hes worked over the past six years. Cintron, who is a registered Republican, said in the complaint that he worked an average of 50 to 55 hours a week for Big Orange, but was never paid overtime for hours worked above 40 per week, as is legally required. According to the filing, Cintron was paid $62,700 in 2003 $68,000 in 2006 and $75,000 in 2010. Though if you thought Trump just got extra generous in 2010, you thought wrong!

The wage bump in 2010 came with a catch, Cintron said. He was induced to surrender his health insurance, saving Trump approximately $17,866 per year in premiums, according to the lawsuit.

He’s Close Friends With A Tanning Mogul

Is Donald Trump’s skin tone the result of his friendship with self-tanning executives? Mother Jones reports that Trump is close pals with tanning mogul Steve Hilbert, who became CEO of New Sunshine, a line of tanning products, including lotions and bronzers endorsed by the Kardashians. Trump’s friendship with Hilbert reportedly began around 2006, which is close to the time the world started to notice his perpetually tawny glow.

Their friendship extended to business deals: Trump promoted two of Hilbert’s New Sunshine products on Celebrity Apprentice in 2011 and in 2013. Also in 2011, Melania Trump became the face of New Sunshine’s caviar-based skincare line for a reported $1 million, plus unspecified perks. Though the endorsement would come into question during a lawsuit Hilbert was slapped with from his former business partner, billionaire William Menard, Hilbert and his wife, Tomisue, reportedly remained close with the Trumps and endorsed Donald for president in 2016.

Why Is Donald Trump Orange A Look At The President’s Noticeable Tan And What People Have To Say About It

While opinions differ on whether President Donald Trump is doing his job right in the White House, most people can agree on one thing: The president has always had a noticeably auburn tinge to his skin tone.

The presidents apparent tan has many asking the question why is skin an orange color. At one point following a presidential debate in January 2016, asked why the then-presidential candidate’s skin tone looked more carroty than most pale complexions.

While the president has a rosy hue, he hasnt always looked this way. Decades ago, Trumps orange tone would have looked foreign on the business mogul but has now become commonplace with an Internet frenzy of memes and puns. Despite the jokes, most people attribute Trumps orange skin to a spray tan gone awry.

The White Houses Explanation

The Real Reason Trump

The White House has declared many times that the orange look on Donald Trumps face is due to Good Genes. It is not specified how good genes make someones face turn orange.

In September 2019 the President said that the strange color was caused by all the low-energy bulbs.

The light bulb. People said whats with the light bulb? Trump stated speaking before Republican legislators in Baltimore

And I looked at it, the bulb that were being forced to use.., the lights no good. I always look orange. And so do you. The light is the worst.

Don’t Miss: How Can I Call President Trump

The Real Reason Trump’s Skin Is So Orange

Much has been made of President Donald Trump’s curiously carrot-like skin tone almost as much as has been made of his signature blond coif. No one is quite sure how he got to look the way that he does. In a timeline of Trump’s appearance, Yahoo noted that in the 1980s, the businessman essentially looked like your average Caucasian male, if a bit on the pale side. By the mid 1990s, he appeared to have a naturally fair tone and some healthy, rosy color. It wasn’t until approximately 2005 that Donald’s mug took on the citrus shade the world had grown accustomed to by the time the 2016 election cycle rolled around.

The commander in chief’s facial hues have varied slightly since he took office. Fast Company actually attempted to pinpoint his exact Pantone shade, which it concluded was Gold Flame. Okay, so we know what color Trump’s epidermis is. He’s orange. We get it, and the jokes are old. Now, we’re going to examine why and how his skin become such a thoroughly investigated topic of conversation.

Donald Trump Has Orange Skin

Donald Trump, the former president of the USA has an extraordinary skin color. It is yellowish almost orange and it has caused a lot of speculation among journalists, fellow politicians, and ordinary people as to why that is Why is his facial skin-tone so strange?

He is blondish and has a blond complexion. So, its no wonder that he has delicate skin, a skin that maybe shouldnt be exposed to much to the sun. And he should use good protection and not sunbathe during the hot hours.

But, with all that said, in later years he is becoming increasingly orange. An artificial, synthetic color that does very little to improve his physical appearance.

Nobody, apart from his closest family, knows exactly the reason for the strange skin-tone.

He Was Sued By A Makeup Artist

Perhaps part of the reason why President Donald Trump’s skin is orange has to do with the fact that he got sued by a makeup artist, making him reluctant to use professionals . According to the New York Daily News, makeup artist Jill Harth sued Trump in 1997, alleging that he sexually harassed her for years. Harth accused Trump of groping her, kissing her, and attempting to undress and rape her at his Mar-a-Lago estate in one specific 1993 incident. Trump denied all the claims and called Harth’s lawsuit “meritless.”

Harth eventually withdrew her lawsuit after Trump settled a separate lawsuit with Harth’s business partner. However, she claimed in October 2016 that Trump’s now-infamous leaked Access Hollywood tape made her feel vindicated, because it allegedly described the type of behavior of which she’d accused him.

The reality of the media landscape today is unfair to satirists and science fiction writers. How can they possibly keep up? Vice‘s “Adventures in North Korea,” one of the most heartless acts of pure sensationalism ever recorded, is straight out of Jennifer Egan’s A Visit from the Goon Squad, only slightly more bizarre. And on Sunday, NBC premieres All-Star Celebrity Apprentice, a species of entertainment out of dystopia. A bunch of has-been celebrities with personality disorders and carved-up faces compete in fundraising games all in the name of charity or keeping their careers alive or something. Lil Jon is the most sensible and level-headed person present that’s how bad things are. Gary Busey is the most honest, the most memorable, and also the most obviously unstable watching him feels actually wrong. At the center of the whole farrago is The Donald, the still eye in the hurricane of narcissism and greed, an object of pretty much pure self-satisfaction and contempt.

Really, it all comes down to his hair. The hair asks the fundamental question of the man: Who does he think he’s fooling? He can’t possibly think he’s getting away with this, can he?

Tanning Lotions And Bronzers

Trump is friends with tanning mogul Steve Hilbert. Steve Hilbert is CEO of New Sunshine, a line of tanning products including lotions and bronzers used by the Kardashians. Trumps friendship with Hilbert allegedly began around 2006, which is around the time when Trumps skin started to take on a more copper tone.

Trump even promoted two of Hilberts tanning products on Celebrity Apprentice in 2011 and in 2013. Also, in 2011, Melania Trump became the face of New Sunshines caviar-based skincare line for a reported 1 million dollars.

Some claims have been made that Trump enjoys using a tanning bed or that he has one in the White House, but there has been no proof of that. Most agree that his skin tone is more from a spray than a bed.

He Reportedly Does His Own Hair And Makeup

It takes work to get what we’ve come to appreciate as the POTUS’ signature Titian glow and reports suggest that he does that work himself. Kriss Blevens was a makeup artist for every presidential candidates in the 2016 New Hampshire primaries, except Donald Trump. She told Racked that she never saw Trump with a makeup artist or hair stylist. “Donald Trump does his own hair and makeup,” she said. “He usually comes ready. He’s expressing himself in his own style, and I’d never want to interfere with that. Maybe a little blotting powder.” She added, “He’s got his hair down to a science. He has a signature look he carries with him that is his look, and that’s far better than changing it up all the time.”

In January 2018, Politico reported that Trump did have a makeup artist on the federal payroll, but that artist never spruced him up, instead focusing on members of his cabinet, including Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Kellyanne Conway. Republican National Convention makeup artist Jason Kelly told Harper’s Bazaar that Trump rarely got his makeup done in the events leading up to his presidency. However, Kelly thinks something has changed since the campaign. Kelly now believes POTUS is partaking in tanning beds and/or spray tans, alleging Trump “wears the goggles and you can see the hyper-pigmentation around his eyes.”

Rosacea May Affect His Appearance

Perhaps Donald Trump has altered his natural skin tone because he actually has troublesome skin underneath all of that kumquat-colored coating. The president’s longtime physician, Dr. Harold N. Bornstein, claims Trump uses antibiotics to treat rosacea, reported The New York Times. Rosacea is a fairly common skin condition whose symptoms include redness of the skin, eye problems , large pores, broken capillaries, dry patches, and a stinging or burning sensation, according to WebMD.

If Trump’s skin is red and irritated from rosacea, it’s possible that cosmetics used to conceal it have the wrong undertone. Coverage levels or makeup oxidizing could also create an orange look. In fact, if Trump is using makeup, it may look flawless upon application but turn “orange-y and unnatural” as the day goes on, according to .

Trump Insider Reveals The Real Reason Trump Wears That Orange Makeup Rosacea

TRUMPING BY NUMBERS MUNGUIN

We have all had nightmares about the orange menace, and wondered why a man would pancake on so much makeup. Many of us or at least me, I dont know about others believed he just wanted to look like he had a nice healthy tan because hes just that vigorous and active. He wants us to see a young man trapped inside an aging body. And while maybe that is some of it, the vanity goes even deeper.

Want to know how deep? Take a look at this picture, from the Oval Office, youve all seen it a million times:

I always wondered why Trump looked so old compared to most pictures in which he looks old. It now occurs to me that the picture was taken by Russian state media. We were not supposed to see that picture, remember? Perhaps because people might object to Trump meeting the Russians the day after firing Comey, or perhaps because people might point out that Russian spies could place a bug the size of a poppy seed anywhere inside the oval office. The point is, Trump had no makeup on in the picture its easy to tell, or at least it sure seems like it to me. The picture wasnt meant for dissemination inside the Untied States.

Now we have a theory as to why he wears the makeup and it comes from someone who worked on The Apprentice:

Its orange concealer from a Swiss company called Bronx Colors. I used to work on Celebrity Apprentice Trump has awful rosacea from decades of drug abuse and visible rhinoplasty scars from same. The makeup conceals this a bit.
