A man who thought people were stealing yard signs promoting Donald Trumps re-election bid shot multiple victims in Kansas on Saturday night, according to a report.

A police supervisor for the Topeka Police Department said at least three people were shot this weekend, with at least one victim suffering potentially life-threatening injuries.

The alleged shooter had confronted people about stealing signs for the presidents campaign, according to the Topeka Capital-Journal.

At least one victim was shot multiple times by the time the police responded to the incident on the 1300 block of NW Eugene, local news outlet 13-WIBW reported early Sunday.

The victims and alleged suspects involved in the case have not been identified by police. The Topeka Police Department did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

“A lot of people were getting disgusted with politicians in general. They say one thing and do another thing,” Trump supporter Gloria Gebert said. “I’m getting goose bumps because this man, I’m telling you, we just have a lot of faith in him.”

Wayne County, Pennsylvania Democrat Party Chair Mark Gaziadio believes his own side’s lack of signs could have contributed to Hillary Clinton’s wide margin of loss in the Republican stronghold area.

Trump Yard Sign Rigged With Razor Blades Left Town Worker Needing 13 Stitches

A town employee in Michigan had to get 13 stitches after he sliced three fingers on razor blades attached to the bottom of a Trump 2020 campaign yard sign.

The 52-year-old municipal employee in Commerce Township, about 40 miles northwest of Detroit, was asked to remove signs that violated a city ordinance, the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release. Signs are required to be 33 feet from the center of roadways, and a political sign in the yard of a home was 9 feet too close to the street.

“When he went to remove one of the signs, he was cut by razor blades that had been attached to the bottom edge of the sign,” the sheriff’s office said. “Both signs removed from that location had several razor blades taped all along the bottom edge. He received lacerations to three fingers which required medical attention.”

Commerce Township Supervisor Dave Scott told NBC affiliate WDIV in Detroit that his employee initially thought he had been electrified and then looked at his hand and saw that he was “bleeding aggressively.”

The man drove himself to a hospital where he received 13 stitches in his fingers. Scott said he was angry about the incident.

“Why would someone set a booby-trap sign to harm someone? A child could have picked it up, he told the outlet.

The sheriff’s office is investigating the incident, and according to WDIV, officials in the township said they may seek legal action over the incident.

Man Places Electric Fence Around ‘trump 2020’ Sign After It Was Stolen 6 Times

The lifelong Democrat recently turned Republican says his sign was stolen six times before he decided to take action.

NEW BEDFORD, Massachusetts — A Massachusetts homeowner has his neighborhood talking after placing an electric fence around his yard sign in support of President Donald Trump.

“Horse wire carries a charge,”John Oliveria said. “I mean, it will certainly send a message.”

The navy veteran says six of his “Trump 2020” signs have been stolen from his yard, WJAR reports.

The lifelong Democrat who just turned Republican said he’s simply had enough.

“That’s what our country is about, different opinions and being able to voice those opinions in a fair and equitable manner,” Oliveria said. “You have to be able to respect each other, because we’ll never get anything accomplished if we don’t.”

Oliveria says the sign has stood its ground for two weeks since the electric wire was added.

Oliveria said he had another sign on his lawn, which encouraged people to vote, that was never touched.

The legality of electric fencing in residential areas in Massachusetts depends on the laws and regulations of the community.

If someone or their pet is hurt by the fencing, it could lead to legal trouble down the line.

Three people were shot Sunday in Kansas during a confrontation between multiple people and a man who believed they had stolen several of his lawn signs supporting President Trump.

When officers responded in North Topeka at 11 p.m., they found one person had been shot several times inside a car that had crashed, reported WIBW. The individual was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.

Two other victims also showed up at the hospital with gunshot wounds in connection with the case, police said.

The investigation into the incident is ongoing and no arrests have been made.

The police have not released the names, ages or genders of those wounded.

Federal law enforcement have been planning for the possibility of violence and disruptions as Election Day looms.

The FBI is also investigating a Trump Train incident from Friday, in which a Joe Biden campaign bus was surrounded by a dozen pickup trucks driven by Trump supporters as it traveled down a Texas interstate.
