How Do I Call President Trump

What We Dont Know

Leaked President Trump phone call: ‘All I want to do is find 11,780 votes’

Everyone who Trump called during the gap in the logs, though its been reported at least some took place. Previous reporting indicates Trump called Sen. Mike Lee accidentally, when he meant to call Sen. Tommy Tuberville House Minority Leader Rep. Kevin McCarthy and Pence on January 6, but those calls are not included on the call log.

Trumps Allies Could Not Produce Evidence Of Election Fraud

The committee showed examples of how Mr. Trump and his allies knew that there was no evidence that the election had been stolen.

Mr. Bowers recounted how Mr. Giuliani acknowledged to him at one point in a phone call that they could not find the evidence of fraud that they needed.

He said, Weve got lots of theories, we just dont have the evidence, Mr. Bowers recalled Mr. Giuliani telling him. AndI dont know if that was a gaffe or maybe he didnt think through what he said, but both myself and others in my group, the three in my group and my counsel, both remembered that specifically, and afterwards, we kind of laughed about it.

At another point, Mr. Eastman was pressing Mr. Bowers to embrace the plan to push a slate of Trump electors from Arizona despite the states certification of Mr. Bidens victory there. Mr. Bowers said that he questioned how he could legally participate in the scheme and that Mr. Eastman responded by saying, Just do it and let the courts sort it out.

Jacob said he confronted Eastman about his strategy.

When I pressed him on the point, I said, John, if the vice president did what youre asking him to do, we would lose nine to nothing in the Supreme Court. And he initially stated, Well, I think maybe we lose only 7 to 2, Jacob told the panel.

And after some further discussions acknowledged, Well, yeah, youre right, we would lose 9 to nothing.

Aguilar showed clips of Eastmans deposition before the committees investigators in which he invoked the Fifth Amendment more than 100 times.

The committee also revealed that Eastman contacted former Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani and asked to be added to a list of potential recipients of a presidential pardon.

Ive decided that I should be on the pardon list, if that is still in the works, Aguilar read from the email.

Luttig concluded the more than three-hour hearing, saying that Trump and his supporters remain a clear and present danger to American democracy.

Thats not because of what happened on Jan. 6, it is because to this very day, the former president, his allies, and supporters pledge in the presidential election of 2024 the former president or his anointed successor as the Republican Party presidential candidate are to lose that election, that they would attempt to overturn that 2024 election in the same way they attempted to overturn the 2020 election, Luttig said.

I dont speak those words lightly, he continued.

Here Are 4 Takeaways From Tuesdays Jan 6 Hearing

The fourth hearing held by the House committee investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol focused on the elaborate efforts by President Donald J. Trump and his allies to hijack one of the foundations of democracy: the process behind the peaceful transfer of power.

The committee laid out evidence showing how Mr. Trump led a campaign that played out in two related ways: applying direct pressure on Republican officials in swing states to reverse his loss, and pursuing a plan to name alternate slates of electors intended to tilt the Electoral College result in Mr. Trumps favor.

The hearing demonstrated the human costs of the waves of threats and intimidation set off by Mr. Trump and his supporters as they pressured state officials and election workers to find a way to deprive Joseph R. Biden Jr. of his victory.

Here are four takeaways.

Democrats immediately sought to use the ruling as a rallying cry ahead of the November midterm elections, in which polls show Republicans are favored to retake control of Congress due to public anger over the worst inflation since 1981.

The Republicans are plotting a nationwide abortion ban. They cannot be allowed to have a majority in the Congress to do that, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said at a press conference. Reproductive freedom is on the ballot in November. We cannot allow them to take control so that they can institute their goal, which is to criminalize reproductive freedom.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer said, Today is one of the darkest days our country has ever seen These justices, appointed by Republicans and presiding without any accountability, have stolen a fundamental right to have an abortion away from American women in this country.

Schumer went on, Todays decision makes crystal clear the contrast as we approach the November elections: Elect more MAGA Republicans if you want nationwide abortion bans, the jailing of women and doctors and no exemptions for rape or incest. Or, elect more pro-choice Democrats to save Roe and protect a womans right to make their own decisions about their body, not politicians.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell , meanwhile, said the courts decision was courageous and correct and a historic victory for the Constitution and the most vulnerable in our society.

Trump Made A Secret Call To Vladimir Putin Just Before The 2020 Election Report Says

  • Donald Trump made a mysterious call to Vladimir Putin just before the 2020 election, Politico reports.

  • A filmmaker recording Trump said he had an interview with Trump cancelled so he could call Putin.

  • At the time, Putin had just rebuffed false claims Trump was pushing about Joe Biden’s son, Hunter.

Former President Donald Trump made a mysterious call to Russian President Vladimir Putin just before the 2020 presidential election, a British filmmaker told Politico.

Alex Holder, who was filming Trump and his family for a documentary in the months before the Capitol riot, told the outlet that he had been scheduled to film an interview with Trump on October 25, 2020.

That interview was abruptly cancelled on the day, Holder said.

“My memory is that the chief of staff sort of came over and said that the interview couldn’t happen today because the president was on the phone,” Holder told Politico.

“I believe, if I remember correctly, that he said that he was on the phone to the president of Russia, Vladimir Putin, which is why the interview had to be postponed.”

No official read out of such a call was ever made public.

Trump’s spokesperson, Liz Harrington, in a statement to Insider pushed back against the claim.

“This is a totally made up story, but it doesn’t stop the Fake News from running with another Russia, Russia, Russia hoax,” said Harrington.

Trump’s relationship with Putin has long been a source of rumor and controversy.

What We’re Covering Here

  • Cassidy Hutchinson, an aide to former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, testified before the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6 insurrection and painted a damning portrait of former President Trump’s actions on that day.
  • Hutchinson said Trump and Meadows were aware of the possibility of violence on Jan. 6, including that supporters had weapons when they gathered on the Ellipse. Trump lunged at Secret Service and the steering wheel of the vehicle when he was told he couldn’t go to the Capitol, the ex-aide said she was told.
  • While the panel cant bring legal charges against Trump, its central mission has been to uncover the full scope of his attempt to stop the transfer of power and connect his efforts to the violence at the Capitol. The Justice Department would ultimately need to be the one to decide whether to bring criminal charges.

Outrage follows Trumps phone call to find votes in Georgia ahead of Senate run-off

Pence refused Trump’s last-ditch demands, which witnesses said sparked a mocking response from Trump.

The committee shared new photographs of Trump on that very phone call, which it obtained from the National Archives. Another exhibit showed a handwritten note on Trump’s schedule that the call was slated to take place at 11:20 a.m., just hours before a mob of Trump supporters stormed the Capitol as Pence was presiding over Congress certifying Biden’s win.

“The conversation got pretty heated,” Ivanka Trump, the ex-president’s daughter who was in the room, told the committee in a videotaped deposition.

She recalled the phone call representing a “different tone” from what she’d previously heard her father use with Pence.

Other aides who were also inside the Oval Office echoed Ivanka Trump’s alarm.

Eric Herschmann, then was serving as the White House counsel, told lawmakers that the conversation started off with a “calmer tone” but “then it became heated.” Herschmann said he didn’t think many people were paying attention to the call until it became “louder.”

Nicholas Luna, Trump’s former assistant, told the committee he was delivering a note to the Oval Office when he overheard some of Trump’s side of the conversation.

“I remember hearing the word ‘wimp,'” Luna said in a taped deposition. “Either he called him a wimp, I don’t remember if he said, ‘You are a wimp, you’ll be a wimp.’ Wimp is the word I remember.”

“No staff went with him,” Jacob told the committee.

On Pelosi Turning Down His Offer Of 20000 National Guard Troops:

The Unselect Committee has now learned that I, as President, suggested & offered up to 20,000 National Guard, or troops, be deployed in D.C. because it was felt that the crowd was going to be very large.

Crazy Nancy Pelosi turned down the offer, she didnt like the way it looked. Likewise, the Mayor of D.C.

Had they taken up the offer, there would have been no January 6th. The Unselects have ruled Pelosi off limits, no questions. The hearing is another political HOAX to counter Inflation etc.

Threats And Intimidation Started Well Before Jan 6

The public pressure that Mr. Trump and his allies put on state election officials resulted in the officials being targeted in frightening and intimidating ways by Trump supporters.

Shaye Moss, an elections worker in Fulton County, Ga., who, along with her mother, had been falsely accused by Mr. Giuliani of committing election fraud, provided a dramatic portrait of the harassment that Mr. Giulianis false claims had spawned. She described the racist messages she received on Facebook.

A lot of threats, wishing death upon me, telling me that, you know, Ill be in jail with my mother and saying things like, Be glad its 2020 and not 1920, Ms. Moss said.

She said that the entire episode, and the attention that came with it, had turned my life upside down.

I dont want anyone knowing my name, she said. I dont want to go anywhere with my mom because she might yell my name out over the grocery aisle or something. I dont go to the grocery store at all. I havent been anywhere at all. Ive gained about 60 pounds. I just dont do nothing anymore. I dont want to go anywhere.

She said she loved her job as an election worker but ultimately quit.

Brad Raffensperger, the Georgia secretary of state, recounted how the home of his sons widow had been broken into.

    Chris Cameron contributed reporting.

    On Former Ag Bill Bar:

Bill Barr was a weak and frightened Attorney General who was always being played and threatened by the Democrats and was scared stiff of being Impeached.

How do you not get impeached? Do nothing, or say nothing, especially about the obviously RIGGED & STOLEN Election or, to put it another way, THE CRIME OF THE CENTURY!

The Democrats hit pay dirt with Barr, he was stupid, ridiculously said there was no problem with the Election, & they left him alone. It worked for him, but not for our Country!

.Bill Barr was a coward who would not let his U.S. Attorney in Philadelphia, where Election Fraud was rampant, to even think about looking at it . I believe that by their inaction, others were told this also!
