The new revelations about Fourniers alleged involvement in the fake law firm came after a Tuesday sentencing hearing where a federal judge sentenced Fourniers Students for Trump co-founder, 25-year-old John Lambert, to 13 months in jail for operating a fake law practice.

Court records have long suggested that Fournier was the unnamed Co-Conspirator 1 named in Lamberts 2019 indictment. On Tuesday, Lamberts defense attorney said that Fournier was the co-conspirator in an interview with the New York Daily News.

Lamberts attorney confirmed Fourniers involvement in an email to The Daily Beast.

In a federal court filing, the man now identified as Fournier is described as providing information to the government since in or about April 2018 in the hope of not being charged for his role in the wire-fraud conspiracy.

A history teacher at Anacapa Middle School in Ventura, California is under scrutiny after a secret recording of her revealed she was telling kids wild conspiracy theories as though they were facts.

That is about as mildly as the lesson can be described.

The female teacher, who has yet to be identified, went on an anti-government rant that included angry tirades about controlling citizens through vaccinations, doctors stealing unvaccinated parents new babies, an assertion that Donald Trump was actually still president, and even a description of President Joe Bidens son Hunter the subject of many popular conspiracy theories as having had inappropriate relations with his own niece.

Sarah Silikula, the mother of the child who recorded the teachers outburst, spoke to reporters with LAs CBS2 in tears as she described the talk with her son on the way home from school that caused her to come forward with the video he had recorded:

Hes damaged. Hes hurt. Hes scared. He doesnt trust his parents now. He thinks we lied to him. I mean, why? Why does that need to be said in this classroom full of children?

He Founded Students For Trump Now He Could Face Jail Time For Impersonating A Lawyer

Meet John Lambert, a living cautionary tale of the Trump era.

Ben Schreckinger is a reporter for Politico.

On the eve of the last presidential election, NBCâs âNightly Newsâ broadcast featured two skinny college students in jackets and ties, discussing the future of American politics. They were co-founders of Students for Trump, a grassroots group that had tapped the social media power of Donald Trumpâs populist movement â and of photos of bikini-clad women in MAGA hats â to become the real estate mogulâs standard-bearer on college campuses around the country.

âI see Donald Trump as reviving the Republican Party,â one of them, John Lambert, declared confidently.

Last month, Lambert, now 23, showed up in the news again. This time, he had been arrested in Tennessee on charges of wire fraud. According to the federal government, at the same time he was building a nationwide political network and serving as one of the most visible young faces of Trumpâs populist movement, Lambert was also posing online as a high-powered New York lawyer, eventually making off with tens of thousands of dollars in fees he stole from unwitting clients seeking legal services.

Trump’s Criticism Of Judge Gonzalo Curiel

Thousands of LAUSD students join anti

Trump has been critical of United States District Court for the Southern District of California Judge Gonzalo P. Curiel, who is presiding over Makaeff, et al. v. Trump University and Cohen v. Donald J. Trump. Citing Curiel’s Mexican heritage, Trump has argued that Curiel has not treated him fairly because of his proposal to build a wall along the United States-Mexico border.

During an interview on June 5, 2016, CBS’s John Dickerson discussed Trump’s criticism of Curiel and asked Trump if he thought a Muslim judge would treat him unfairly because of his call to ban Muslim immigrants from entering the country. Trump replied, Its possible, yes. Yeah. That would be possible. Absolutely.

Dickerson then “said there was a tradition in the United States, a nation of immigrants, against judging people based on heritage.”

Trump replied, Im not talking about tradition, Im talking about common sense, O.K.?

During an interview later in the day, Trump reiterated his stance that Curiel has not treated him fairly because of his plan to build a border wall. Trump said, He is a member of a club or society, very strongly pro-Mexican, which is all fine. But I say hes got bias. I want to build a wall. Im going to build a wall. Im doing very well with the Latinos, with the Hispanics, with the Mexicans, Im doing very well with them, in my opinion.
